Senior Vice President - Compliance Testing - Branch Banking & Retail Liabilities

Role Summary

Responsible for leading Compliance Testing activities for Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities, ensuring execution of the annual Compliance Testing Plan approved by the Audit Committee of the Board (ACB), strong governance, and timely closure of identified issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and implement the annual Compliance Testing Plan.

- Lead the Compliance Testing team and ensure timely completion of reviews.

- Finalize testing scope and sample selection as per policy guidelines.

- Review findings, engage stakeholders, and finalize reports.

- Maintain proper documentation and testing working papers.

- Present reports, MIS, and ACB notes to senior management.

- Monitor open issues and ensure timely closure.

- Update the Compliance Risk Register regularly.

Requirements

- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.

- Prior experience in Compliance Testing / Internal Audit with a Bank or leading NBFC.
