
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial SVP - Revenue to lead our revenue engine across sales, delivery, and customer success. This is a CRO-track role - owning growth at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and AI.
Your mandate: Dominate the market, build India's strongest revenue organization, and scale the company into a global category leader.
What You'll Do:
- Dominate Market Share: Drive 10 growth in two years, strengthening India leadership while decisively out-executing competitors.
- Expand Verticals: Aggressively expand into collections and support, capturing significant adjacent market share.
- Enterprise Growth Engine: Lead and close $1M+ ACV enterprise deals, building enduring relationships with India's top brands.
- Support Global Expansion: Shape entry into Southeast Asia, MENA, Europe, and North America.
- P&L Ownership: Own revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin across all verticals.
- Operational Rigor: Build an "operational army" in success - precision forecasting, scalable systems, unmatched execution.
- Sales Culture: Recruit, coach, and scale India's strongest sales and success organization, rooted in ownership and speed.
- Systems & Scale: Build sales ops, renewal engines, playbooks, and revenue systems for compounding leverage.
- Customer Lifetime Value: Drive retention, upsell, and NRR through strong partnerships and customer-first outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Growth: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and the CEO's Office to unlock new opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 12-18 years of experience with 10+ years leading P&Ls at high-growth, tech-enabled businesses.
- Proven enterprise sales closer with a track record of $1M+ ACV deals.
- Deep understanding of Indian enterprise buyers across BFSI, e-commerce, consumer durables, marketplaces, health, education, and more.
- Two strong candidate archetypes:
- Top-tier consulting leaders: Senior leaders/partners from Bain, BCG, or similar firms who've led large-scale AI & digital transformations.
- CRO-track operators: Senior revenue leaders at AI-native or tech-enabled services companies who've scaled enterprise revenue and operations.
- Hybrid mindset: equally fluent in boardroom strategy, operational rigor, and on-ground execution.
- Strong grasp of unit economics and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Builder + operator: strategic, execution-focused, and results-driven.
- Inspirational leader capable of building and leading high-performance teams at scale.
