About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished senior leader to join as SVP Operations/Business, reporting to the Managing Director & CEO.

This role is central to driving strategic expansion, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across key services including KRA, CKYC, Aadhaar eKYC/e-sign, RTA, PMJJBY, and other digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategy and large-scale projects across regulatory & digital services.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, CKYC, RTA, UIDAI, AML/PMLA, and cybersecurity standards.

- Identify business growth opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue.

- Represent in industry forums, committees, and regulatory interactions.

- Track KPIs on turnaround time, adoption metrics, and operational efficiency.

Ideal Profile

- Masters degree in Business Administration/Marketing (reputed institute).

- 20+ years experience in securities markets/financial services.

- Strong leadership in regulated environments.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Age: 4550 years.
