Job Title : Sr. VP - Sales & Marketing
Location : Pune
Reporting To : Joint Managing Director
Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned leader to drive our aggressive growth agenda by leading the sale of 20,000+ apartments over the next 5 years. The Sr. VP - Sales & Marketing will own endtoend sales across all channels, build strong channel partner relationships, loyalty and referral networks, and ensure high conversionled execution. The role will also lead the marketing function, driving brand strategy, project launches, lead generation, digital and offline campaigns, customer acquisition, and overall market positioning to support business growth and sales velocity.
Candidate Profile :
- 20-25 years of experience in real estate sales & marketing leadership.
- Proven track record of managing largescale residential sales (2,0003,000+ units per year).
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
- Expertise in channel sales, digital marketing, and project launches.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale highperforming teams.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Product Strategy at Early Stage :
- Align product with market demand define configurations, ticket sizes, and offerings based on sales insights.
- Guide pricing & positioning strategy ensure product is competitive and drives faster absorption.
2. End to End Sales Ownership :
- Own and deliver annual and 5year sales targets.
- Drive projectwise sales velocity, inventory liquidation, and pricing strategy.
3. Channel Led Sales Engine :
- Build and scale a highperforming channel partner ecosystem.
- Strengthen & build channel relationships for consistent deal flow.
- Design incentive structures to maximize channel productivity.
- Implement NRI sales strategy and networks.
4. Loyalty & Referral Sales :
- Build a strong referraldriven sales engine with existing customers.
- Drive repeat purchases and customer advocacy.
5. Direct Sales & Conversion Excellence :
- Improve walkin to booking conversion ratios.
- Standardize sales processes, site experience, and closing capability.
6. Marketing & Brand Leadership :
- Drive marketing to position and establish the company as a preferred real estate brand.
- Define gotomarket strategy for launches : channel mobilization, demand buildup, pricing vs absorption strategy, integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, ATL/BTL).
- Enable channelled marketing support brokers, institutions, and NRI networks through targeted campaigns.
7. SFDCDriven Sales Governance :
- Drive a 100% SFDCenabled sales funnel (Lead Booking).
- Track conversions, channel productivity, and sales performance in real time.
8. Demand Generation & Market Alignment :
- Align marketing to drive highquality, highconversion leads.
