We are hiring for the role of Senior User Acquisition Manager with one of the Casual gaming company, based in Bangalore.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to run and scale paid acquisition for our mobile game portfolio. You will design channel strategy, manage campaigns hands-on, and deliver profitable growth through structured testing, performance analysis, and creative iteration. This role requires deep expertise across SRNs, ad networks, and programmatic channels, plus a strong understanding of mobile gaming economics, SKAN limitations, and monetization models.
What You Will Do
Channel Ownership & Execution
- Own UA strategy and KPIs for assigned titles, including CPI, ROAS, and payback targets
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Self-attributing networks: Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok
- Ad networks: AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity Ads etc.
- Programmatic DSPs: Liftoff, Moloco
- Build channel diversification plans and identify incremental growth opportunities
Creative Strategy & Experimentation
- Drive the creative testing roadmap across video, static, UGC, and playables
- Analyze performance by concept, audience, and market to inform creative direction
- Partner with creative teams in-house and outsource to accelerate iteration velocity and hypothesis-driven testing
Data, Attribution & Insights
- Own UA reporting and dashboards (spend, ROAS, LTV, cohort behaviour, payback windows)
- Work closely with product, BI, and monetization teams to align UA inputs with LiveOps, economy changes, and feature releases
- Run A/B tests across bids, creatives, audiences, geos, and channel mix, and communicate insights clearly
Soft Launch & Scale
- Define UA strategy across lifecycle stages: soft launch, launch, scale, sustain
- Evaluate marketability, CPI targets, creative fit, and early quality metrics during soft launch
- Transition games from MVP stage to profitable, scalable acquisition
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 4-6+ years of hands-on UA experience for mobile games
- Deep expertise running campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok
- Proven experience with AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity Ads
- Experience managing large monthly budgets and delivering ROAS-positive outcomes
- Strong analytical skills: cohort-based analysis, LTV modeling, incremental testing, budget allocation logic
- Comfortable operating with SKAN and attribution constraints
- Proficiency with MMPs (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Singular)
Bonus Points
- Experience in IAP/IAA/Hybrid monetization models
- SQL / Looker / Tableau familiarity
- Experience with UGC pipelines, influencers, or playable ads
- Passion for mobile games and industry trends
