Senior US Accounting Manager - QuickBooks

Role & responsibilities:

- Categorization/Classification of bank transactions

- Ensuring correctness of transactions booked in

- Uncategorized Expense and Income Account

- Bank Reconciliation

- Ensuring that the open items on Bank Reconciliation

- Statement are correct in nature

- Payroll Entry Bookkeeping and Payroll GL Reconciliation

Calculation and recording the following:

- Depreciation

- Amortization

- Deferred Revenue

- Prepaid and Accrual

- Profit and Loss Statement Review and Analysis

- Balance Sheet Statement Review and Analysis

- Month Closing and Reporting

- Drafting SOP as and when needed

- Learning new apps and reporting tools required for client servicing responsibilities

- Client Oriented

- Managing client independently for regular work related items

- Ensuring prompt and timely replies to clients communication

- Attending to weekly client call with Team Leader to ensure client satisfaction

- Handling client escalations if any with help of Team Leader

- Nurturing client relationship
