Client: Leading consumer healthcare company

Experience: 8+ years in project management and business transformation

Availability: Immediate Joiner/within 30 days

Requirements:

- 8+ years in project management and business transformation

- Managed end-to-end transitions in shared services / Global Capability Centers

- Process mapping, workflow redesign, and impact analysis

- Built business cases with ROI and benefits

- Led change-management activities and process workshops

- Value Stream mapping

- Data analysis

- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)

- Strong PowerPoint skills

- Experience in impact analysis for process/centralization changes

The following activities will be the main responsibilities of the role:

Additional special projects may be assigned based on evolving client priorities:

- Centralization Assessment: Identify workflow and structural inefficiencies for centralization opportunities

- Workshop Facilitation: Lead stakeholder sessions to drive process optimization and collaboration

- Benchmarking: Compare processes and metrics with industry standards to identify improvements

- Business Case Development: Create and present business cases with rationale, benefits, and impact

- Strategic Alignment: Ensure initiatives align with organizational goals and vision

- Change Management: Support smooth implementation and stakeholder adoption

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to gather insights and improve processes

- Impact Analysis: Evaluate outcomes of centralization initiatives and recommend improvements

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in benchmarking against industry standards

- Familiarity with Healthcare, FMCG or GCC environments

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification

- Prior consulting experience (strategy, operations, transformation)

- Exposure to design studio or creative operations
