Change Management - Business Transformation - 18+ years

We are looking for a senior transformation leader to drive large-scale business migration, transition and service governance initiatives within a global financial services environment. The role will lead end-to-end transformation programs, stakeholder engagement, service stabilization, operational governance and continuous improvement while building scalable operating models.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end business migration and transition programs, covering assessment, planning, knowledge transfer, testing, parallel runs, go-live, stabilization and handover.

- Drive executive-level stakeholder management across global offices, business functions and internal leadership teams, acting as a senior escalation point for transformation and service-related matters.

- Establish and manage governance frameworks covering SLAs, KPIs, KRIs, service performance, risk, controls, compliance and operational resilience.

- Lead workforce and capacity planning, resource optimization and capability development across the service portfolio.

- Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, automation, operational efficiency, service quality enhancement and scalable operating models.

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 years of relevant experience across banking operations, shared services, GCCs, business transformation, transition management, service management or operations governance.

- Proven experience in leading large-scale operational migrations, shared-service transitions, GCC setup or expansion initiatives.

- Strong experience in senior stakeholder management, client engagement, executive communication and escalation management.

- Hands-on exposure to SLA/contract governance, service performance management, workforce planning and financial oversight.

- Strong understanding of banking operations, operational risk, internal controls, audit and compliance, with experience managing large multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
