Senior Transaction Advisory Role - Financial Due Diligence - CA/CFA

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

- Conduct financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings reports

- Analyze financial and operational results to prepare Quality of Earnings reports

- Prepare detailed financial analysis

- Evaluate financial information to identify issues/opportunities and recommend post-acquisition measures

- Work closely with clients and other key stakeholders under the supervision of US-based project leads

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business or finance from an accredited university.

- Chartered Accountant or CFA certification is mandatory

- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in transaction advisory services in a top-tier accredited public accounting or consulting firm

- Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP
