
Position: Senior Technology Consulting Leader (Partner / Executive Director / SVP Level)

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader with extensive experience in Technology Consulting, System Integration, or IT Services, to drive large-scale transformation engagements across the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network of CXO relationships, a proven track record in orchestrating end-to-end transformation deals, and strategic leadership in enterprise technology.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Technology, or Management from a premier institution
- Experience: 16+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting, system integration, or IT services
- Currently at Partner / Executive Director / Senior Vice President level in a leading consulting or technology services firm
- Demonstrated success in leading large transformation programs integrating Advisory, Implementation, and Managed Services (A-I-O)
- Deep domain understanding and client relationships across PSU banks, private sector banks, NBFCs, and capital market institutions
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, covering infrastructure, applications, data, and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Gravitas and presence to influence and engage effectively at the CXO level
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Shape and deliver large-scale digital transformation programs including Cloud, Core Modernization, Data, AI, and Digital Operating Models
- Drive thought leadership and strengthen market positioning in enterprise architecture and next-generation technology strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop engagement leaders and solution architects across multiple domains
Business Development & Growth:
- Leverage strong C-suite and CXO connects across the BFSI ecosystem to originate and close large-scale A-I-O (Advisory-Implementation-Operations) transformation deals
- Build differentiated propositions through partnerships with hyperscalers, core banking vendors, fintechs, and regtechs
- Drive revenue growth, maintain healthy pipeline, and achieve profitability targets for the focus portfolio
Client Engagement & Delivery Oversight:
- Act as a trusted advisor to client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and COOs on strategic technology transformation
- Oversee engagement quality, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, security, and regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, etc.)
- Ensure successful delivery of transformation engagements with measurable business outcomes
