Role Title: Senior Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead
Function/Department: Human Resources - Talent Acquisition
Location: Chennai
( Not taking relocation from North Candidates from Chennai or Bangalore)
Job Purpose:
- We are seeking a high-performing Senior Technical Recruiter / TA Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital engineering workforce. This role demands a strategic thinker and execution expert who can consistently raise the bar by identifying, engaging, and hiring topmost talent from the market.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving excellence in hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
Experience & Expertise Required:
- 7-12 years of proven success in technical recruitment, preferably in high-growth product or digital engineering environments.
- Demonstrated ability to attract passive candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
- Deep understanding of tech talent market dynamics, especially in digital engineering and product development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
- Good to have prior experience managing small team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Design and implement high-impact recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for niche, cutting edge and critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring plans with business goals.
- Act as a talent advisor, offering market intelligence, benchmarking insights, and best practices.
Sourcing Excellence:
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Google X-ray search, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of top talent, including passive candidates.
- Drive talent mapping initiatives to stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously improve recruitment cycle time and candidate experience.
- Recommend and implement changes to recruitment policies and processes.
- Lead automation and process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferably in Engineering) or Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)
