Qualifications and Skills:-

- Educational Background: Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.

- Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience in proposal writing, particularly in IT services or consulting environments.

- Writing Expertise: Exceptional writing, editing, and visual communication skills, with a focus on clarity, detail, and consistency.

- Technical Communication: Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts in a client-centric, benefit-driven manner.

- Tools Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and design tools, with the ability to integrate visual elements into written proposals.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT and BPO service domains, including infrastructure, applications, and managed services.
