My Client is a rapidly scaling global SaaS organization specializing in AI-powered customer experience management, omnichannel automation, and enterprise-grade CX transformation.

The company serves large enterprises across BFSI, Ecommerce, Telecom, Retail, Logistics, Internet Platforms and operates across India, US, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Position : Senior Technical Project Manager (Enterprise SaaS | AI & Omnichannel CX Platform)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8-13 Years

Work Nature : On Site / Hybrid

JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be some one who will lead and deliver complex, enterprise-level SaaS implementation programs. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires both technical understanding and strong stakeholder management.

You will partner with cross-functional teams Such as Product, Engineering, QA, Data, and Customer Success to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term product adoption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. End-to-End Project Delivery

- Lead enterprise SaaS implementation programs from discovery to go-live.

- Drive requirements gathering, solution mapping, and technical integration planning.

- Maintain project plans, Gantt charts, JIRA boards, and delivery trackers.

2. Client Leadership

- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers.

- Conduct project milestone meetings, status updates, and business reviews (WBR/MBR).

- Translate business objectives into technical execution plans.

3. Cross-Functional Team Management

- Lead a team of project managers and collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, and Support team.

- Ensure Agile/Scrum discipline, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

4. Risk, Escalation & Quality Management

- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and remove blockers proactively.

- Ensure high-quality delivery aligned to SLAs, compliance, and project standards.

- Own documentation, reporting, and governance dashboards.

5. Process & Delivery Excellence

- Implement project management best practices and delivery frameworks.

- Optimize workflows, reporting models, and post-go-live transition processes.

- Drive operational excellence through analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Must Have:

1. 8-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management, with SaaS, CX Platforms, CRM, AI/ML products, or Enterprise Software.

2. Strong experience in enterprise client management, multi-stakeholder delivery, and complex implementation programs.

3. Proficiency in project tools: JIRA, Asana, Confluence, MS Project, G-Suite.

4. Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

5. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

1. MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institution (IIM, XLRI, ISB, MDI, SPJIMR preferred).

2. Certifications like PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, Agile Practitioner.

3. Experience in CX, CRM, Contact Center, Omnichannel, or API integrations.
