Senior Technical Project Manager - B2B SaaS

Ideal Candidate:

1. Strong Senior Project Manager Profile:

- Must have 5+ years of project management experience with significant client-facing delivery time, including experience in a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise customers.

2. Complex Enterprise Projects:

- Must have managed complex enterprise projects end-to-end, from requirement/planning through successful delivery and go-live.

3. Multi-region Rollouts:

- Must have managed multi-country or multi-region rollouts, coordinating India-based delivery teams with customers or stakeholders in Western markets.

4. Technically Complex Projects:

- Must have delivered technically complex or analytics-driven projects, such as AI/ML, Image Recognition, or Data Analytics.

5. Technical Skills:

- Must have strong working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Master Data Management.

6. Project Governance:

- Must have experience with SOWs, change requests, or RFPs, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies using Waterfall or Agile.

7. Ownership:

- Must be the accountable owner of the engagement, acting as the primary client point of contact and owning the project plan and go-live end-to-end.

8. Communication Skills:

- Must have strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and executive-level reporting skills across cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.

9. Compensation Note:

- CTC is inclusive of variable.

10. Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience with customer onboarding.

11. Preferred Certification:

- PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or CSM.

Additional Information:

- Remote role with flexible work timing (9-6 or 10-7).

- 5 days work week.

- End-to-end project management lifecycle involvement from requirement gathering through project go-live is mandatory.

- Onboarding experience is prioritized.

- Candidates will work with global enterprise clients, primarily in FMCG/retail AI space.

- Will coordinate with India-based delivery teams.
