Position : Senior Technical Product Manager Experience : 6+ yrs Job Location : Bangalore Qualification : B. Tech from Tier 1 Institutions Job Type : Permanent Responsibilities: - Own personal OKRs and contribute in the group level strategy and OKRs - Establish strong cross-functional and cross-group relationships in the Company's Financial ecosystem - Identify cross-product and cross-functional strategic opportunities to enhance the implementation of technical solutions - Identify and prioritize the right problems to solve and implement the right solutions to solve these problems - Drive the product development from exploration to execution being accountable of the outcome - Represent the team in key meetings to address any questions regarding the Product - Understand the technical architecture of different platforms and identify potential impacts of changes - Use data as means to build the roadmap prioritising based on the cost vs impact Qualifying Criteria: - A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience - At least 4 years of product management experience - Ability to breakdown complex products into smaller actionable problems, identify and implement solutions - Ability to work cross-function, cross-department and manage the stakeholders - An analytical and data-driven mindset; a love for digging into data to understand what's happening and to define & measure success on every project - Capability to understand the technical architecture and brainstorm with Engineers - Fluent in English with strong interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with our international teams Please Note: Applications from Internet/eCommerce industry are preferred.
