Senior Technical Pre-Sales Consultant - Conversational AI & CCaaS

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically savvy Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective clients, bridging the gap between complex technology solutions and business needs. You will be instrumental in driving revenue by delivering engaging demonstrations, architecting tailored solutions, and leading proof-of-concept initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of our Conversational AI, Smart Agent Assist, and CCaaS platforms.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscapes to maintain a competitive edge.

- Partner with prospective clients to deeply understand their technical requirements, operational workflows, and business challenges.

- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to map out tailored technical solutions that address specific pain points.

- Deliver high-impact, customized product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value and ROI of our solutions.

- Act as a strategic partner to the sales team, helping to shape winning proposals and go-to-market strategies.

- Lead the technical response for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.

- Conduct compelling technical presentations to C-level executives, IT teams, and operations stakeholders.

- Own the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.

- Foster long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor beyond the initial sale.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

- Experience: 5+ years in Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Solution Architecture.

- Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud architectures, and APIs. Experience with Conversational AI, CCaaS, or AI/ML technologies is highly preferred.
