Senior Technical Manager - Projects

BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field candidates having 15 years' experience with strong Project Technical management skills to manage complex Global Markets applications and large-scale technology programs, DevSecOps, and SRE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proven experience leading large Global Markets technology platforms, including Trading, Risk, Regulatory, Post-Trade, and Market Data applications.

- Strong technology leadership with deep understanding of software development, enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and production support models.

- Demonstrated success in managing large global teams across multiple regions and driving cross-functional collaboration.

- Extensive experience managing strategic technology transformation initiatives, application modernization, platform consolidation, cloud migration, and operational excellence programs.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders, technology executives, and external partners.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting capabilities.

- Ability to drive innovation, process optimization, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies.

- Hands-on understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, SRE, observability, and enterprise delivery frameworks.

- Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Program Management certifications are highly preferred.
