1. Identification of franchisee, manufacturing plant design and project execution. 2. Work closely with Franchisee for set up new Plant as per PAPL Norms 3. Ensure the commercial production start up in set Time line 4. To assure the manufacturing of Quality Product at Franchisee location. 5. To ensure the Franchisee is conforming to PAPL and BIS norms & Quality Audit requirements as ongoing process. 6. Develop the Machine/ Packaging Material suppliers at closed to the Franchisee location to assure the Feasibility of Franchisee operation. 7. Co-ordination with suppliers as a support to Franchisee in case of any breakdown / short supply of material to ensure the continuity of the Business. 8. Interdepartmental & Franchisee Co-ordination to ensure the efficient Preform Business. 9. Ensure the Franchisee are regular in paying Franchisee Fees on annual Basis and renewal of Franchisee Agreement. 10. Track production /sales data and ensure that all units meet market requirements. 11. Address consumer complains. 12. Support units on technical and commercial issues. 13. Technical knowledge of Bottling machines - KHS/Krones/Husky Beverages Preparation & Process handling On line Monitoring & control of the Process & production Quality control & Quality Assurance Methodology Negotiation with Material & Machine suppliers Consumer co-ordination & communication skill Preferred Industry - Beverages, water
