Key Responsibilities:
Domain Expertise:
- Develop deep expertise in client offerings related to Fixed Income Analytics, Risk, Returns, and Instrument Terms & Conditions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in end-to-end services, including workflows, data validation, and operational support.
Client Support:
- Independently handle client queries on Fixed Income analytics, returns, and product-specific details.
- Ensure daily deliverables and service quality standards are consistently met.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of 7+ members, ensuring productivity, quality, and professional growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact during shifts, supporting both team and stakeholders effectively.
Operational Efficiency:
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across global teams.
- Ensure consistency in workflows and best practices between regional and global operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with Regional/Global Leads, Managers, and Directors of Operations to manage and deliver key initiatives.
- Represent the team in regular presentations, KPI reviews, and goal-setting discussions.
Project Management:
- Lead regional and global projects adhering to organizational standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: MBA (Finance) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Fixed Income Analytics or Financial Operations.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fixed Income products including Rates, Bonds, Credit, FX, and Commodities.
