Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Target Ownership:
- Lead a team of 4-6 Advisors/Relationship Managers.
- Take full ownership of individual and team revenue and trading targets.
- Mentor and guide team members for client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage & grow a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients with book size 20 Cr+.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and trust.
- Conduct periodic client reviews and strategy sessions to align with their financial goals.
Trading & Advisory Expertise:
- Execute equity, derivatives, and options trades on behalf of clients.
- Provide end-to-end investment advisory, including PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, SIPs, and Unlisted Shares.
- Stay updated on market trends, macroeconomic developments, and product innovations to advise clients effectively.
Business Development & Acquisition:
- Source new clients via networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Cross-sell wealth products and alternative investment options to maximize revenue.
- Develop strategies for client acquisition and market penetration.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and internal compliance regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records, trading logs, and performance reports.
- Present periodic reports to management on business progress, revenue, and risk metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in Wealth Management, HNI/UHNI Client Handling, or PCG Advisory.
- Strong track record in trading, derivatives, options, and cash markets.
- Exposure to PMS, Mutual Funds, AIF, Insurance, and other wealth products.
- Must have an existing client book; current CTC above 20 LPA preferred.
- Leadership experience with proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- NISM certifications (Series I, II, VIII) preferred.
- Proficient in Trading Applications, CRM tools, and MS Office.
