Position: Senior Tax Analyst Real Estate (US Taxation)

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Mode: Hybrid (4 days/week onsite; Monday & Friday mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee tax engagements end-to-end including planning, execution, client communication, and timely delivery.

- Develop and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a key contact for leadership and stakeholders.

- Review tax filings prepared by junior team members and offer guidance on accuracy and potential savings.

- Conduct research on complex tax issues and respond to regulatory inquiries as needed.

- Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to a learning-focused environment.

- Identify process improvements and propose innovative tax solutions.

What Were Looking For:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in US or international taxation, preferably in the real estate sector.

- Professional certification (CA/CPA/EA) is a strong advantage.

- Prior experience working with REITs or real estate clients is desirable.

- Strong communication and client management skills.

- Ability to work across global teams and adapt to a fast-paced setting.

The tax team combines the reach of a general tax practice with the expertise of a specialized advisory group. Team members collaborate across service lines to craft tailored tax solutions and strategic advisory services. Additional Information:

The role follows a hybrid work model: 4 days a week from the office (Monday & Friday are mandatory onsite days).

The team has locations in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, working with a global client base that spans startups to large enterprises.
