Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Specialist with a strong background in Full-Time / Direct Hire recruitment across the North America (NA) region.
This role is focused exclusively on permanent hiring and involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across multiple technology domains.
In addition to hands-on recruiting, the Senior Talent Specialist will play a key role in mentoring and training junior recruiters, helping to build a high-performing recruitment team aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time, permanent technical roles across North America
- Source, screen, interview, and place high-quality technical talent for direct hire positions only
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including advanced internet research, Boolean search techniques, professional networks, social media platforms, and referrals
- Develop and execute effective Boolean search strings to identify and engage qualified candidates efficiently
- Assess candidates technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit against job requirements
- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, role expectations, and required skill sets
- Review and refine job descriptions to ensure alignment with hiring objectives and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data quality and compliance
- Proactively build and nurture long-term talent pipelines through networking and relationship management
- Stay current with emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive hiring landscapes
- Anticipate future hiring needs and align recruiting strategies with long-term business goals
- Coach, mentor, and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices in full-time/direct hire recruitment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Full-Time / Direct Hire recruitment for the North America market
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technology domains
- Expertise in Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple permanent requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Strong employer branding and recruitment marketing skills to attract top-tier talent
