We're hiring a Senior Talent Recruiter who thinks like a strategic partner and recruits with a high-performance, "closer" mindset. You'll work directly with leadership across all functions-Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A-to uncover talent needs, shape sourcing strategies, and hire the individuals who will push our platform forward. About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Senior Talent Recruiter to drive our global hiring strategy across all departments. While you should come with deep roots in technical recruiting, you are not defined by a "tech vs. non-tech" silo. You are a recruitment generalist with a specialist's execution-someone who can pivot from closing a Senior SDE to a Head of Marketing without missing a beat. With a keen eye for top-tier talent and a deep curiosity for how high-scale tech companies operate, you will play a foundational role in building every facet of leading AI-native SaaS company.

What You'll Do

- Own the full recruitment cycle end-to-end for all departments (Engineering, GTM, Product, G&A) - from discovery and intake through sourcing, rigorous evaluation, and final closing.

- Operate with a closer's mindset, driving candidates through the pipeline with urgency and high conversion rates at the offer stage.

- Collaborate deeply with global stakeholders across all business functions, helping scope diverse roles and ensuring a high-touch, professional candidate experience.

- Influence hiring direction - proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and evolving our TA maturity across different functional tribes.

- Execute data-driven decision making - utilizing key metrics (Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance) to justify sourcing strategies and identify bottlenecks in any department's funnel.

- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand both technical and business requirements, quickly validating competency across diverse roles.

- Innovate sourcing patterns, utilizing non-traditional platforms (Wellfound, GitHub, Stack Overflow) alongside LinkedIn to find specialized talent for both tech and business teams.

- Communicate talent insights to leadership, presenting progress and market intelligence clearly to the VP of Product, Engineering Managers, GTM leads, and the CEO.

What We're Looking For

- 7-8 years of tech industry recruitment experience with a proven track record of hiring for both product-led engineering and business-critical teams.

- A "closer" at heart - you are motivated by results and have a relentless drive to bring the best talent to the finish line.

- Functional versatility - you are comfortable recruiting across the entire organization and don't get stuck in a single functional silo.

- A recruiter who operates with ownership and autonomy - you identify talent gaps before they become bottlenecks and think like a business partner.

- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments - ideally having worked in a product-centric startup in the last 2-3 years.

- Demonstrated data-driven mindset - you use analytics to influence hiring outcomes and optimize the recruitment funnel.

- Excellent communication skills - the ability to navigate complex stakeholder management and present narratives crisply to executive leadership.

Good to Have

- Experience recruiting for specialized AI/ML roles as well as niche GTM or Executive roles.

- Experience hiring for complex B2B enterprise SaaS products.

- A strong global network and experience building relationships with passive talent across multiple time zones.

- A passion for startups and an interest in how AI is transforming the way all business departments operate.
