KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Talent Management:

- Support articulation of Talent Strategy.

- Plan and execute the Talent Management cycle - Assessment, Talent Reviews, Governance & IDPs.

- Design and embed Competency Framework (Technical/Functional & Behavioral) across people processes.

- Hi-potential identification, critical role evaluation, and succession planning.

- Implementation of non-contemporary career movements/ pathways for roles across the organization.

- Special organization wide projects - gamification, micro-learning etc.

B. Diversity & Inclusion:

- Support execution of D&I strategy with measurable goals across gender, generation and other forms diversity.

- Coordinate targeted programs for women leadership, GenZ engagement.

- Run awareness campaigns, allyship initiatives and D&I learning modules.

- Track D&I metrics and support reporting to leadership and external benchmarking.

- Research and propose D&I best practices from media and cross-sector organizations.

C. Fun@work and Employee Engagement:

- Support design and execution of Fun@Work calendar.

- Create content for internal / external communication platforms and employee connect initiatives.

- Amplify all initiatives on companys social media handles.

D. Dashboards, Audits:

- Own the monthly metrics reporting to HR and business stakeholders with insights.

Mandatory:

- 8-10 years of experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion (avoid core L&D-only profiles).

- End-to-end experience in designing and executing Talent Management & OD initiatives (ex Talent Reviews, Competency Frameworks, Succession Planning, HiPo Programs, Career Pathing, Assessment, IDPs, and organization-wide HR projects).

- Experience working in a large, structured organization/conglomerate.

- Strong stakeholder management with senior business leaders and CXOs.

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in HR dashboards, reporting, and Advanced Excel.

- Full-time MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.

- AI-powered HR tools, Digital HR platforms, presentation skills with Canva.

- Media/Entertainment exposure, Micro-learning & Gamification, Internal Communication, Social Media Branding, Women Leadership & D&I Programs.
