Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives across corporate functions and plant/manufacturing operations. The role requires strong expertise in hiring across multiple levels, including lateral and leadership positions, within the engineering and manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes across corporate, plant, and manufacturing functions.
- Lead hiring initiatives for roles at all levels, including mid-level, senior-level, and leadership positions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent in the engineering and manufacturing domain.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Drive stakeholder management and ensure strong collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage recruitment vendors and external partners to ensure timely closures and quality hiring.
- Support internal hiring initiatives and succession planning.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent positioning in the market.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment metrics, timelines, and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Should be MBA (HR or related field preferred). with minimum 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within engineering/manufacturing industries.
- Proven hands-on experience in recruiting for plant and manufacturing operations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
