Senior Talent Acquisition Leader - IT

Role Overview:

We are partnering with a leading global IT services organization to hire a senior Talent Acquisition leader who will own and drive the Global Leadership Hiring mandate.

This is a strategic, high-impact role reporting directly to the CHRO, responsible for building leadership talent pipelines across geographies and business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute the global leadership hiring strategy aligned with organizational growth and transformation goals.

- Partner closely with the CHRO, business leaders, and board-level stakeholders to understand leadership requirements.

- Own end-to-end leadership hiring for senior and critical roles across global markets.

- Build strong relationships with executive search firms and external partners.

- Drive best practices in leadership assessment, succession planning, and workforce planning.

- Ensure governance, compliance, and high standards in executive hiring processes.

- Mentor and guide senior TA leaders and teams involved in leadership hiring initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 15-24 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with significant exposure to Global Leadership Hiring.

- Industry Background: Mandatory experience in the IT Services industry.

- Proven track record of hiring senior leaders across multiple geographies.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to CXO-level engagement.

- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
