Key Roles & Responsibilities:

S&OP & Service Levels:

- Participate in daily and monthly S&OP meetings to ensure high service levels and smooth raw material availability.

- Track and manage key service KPIs such as delivery performance, lead time, and inventory levels.

Inventory & Working Capital:

- Control inventory to maintain high service while minimizing stock levels.

- Monitor inventory KPIs such as days of inventory and goods in transit.

- Analyze demand patterns and define replenishment plans in coordination with planning and sales teams.

Sourcing & Imports:

- Work with sourcing teams to ensure uninterrupted supply at optimal cost.

- Manage local sourcing for assigned categories and coordinate import activities with logistics teams.

- Ensure compliance with all supply chain processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Supply Planning & Execution:

- Consolidate demand across multiple locations and prepare rolling forecasts.

- Review inventory across locations to reduce excess and slow-moving stock.

- Coordinate order placement, approvals, and purchase orders to ensure timely material availability.

- Work closely with suppliers to track orders, manage delays, and resolve supply issues.

- Review excess inventory regularly and create consumption plans.

- Support SKU rationalization and manage supplier claims when required.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams such as supply chain, operations, finance, and procurement.

- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.

- Represent the organization professionally and ethically in all interactions.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication and analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to support demand forecasting and raw material planning strategies.

- Good interpersonal skills and a balanced, problem-solving approach.

- High standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate degree (engineering preferred).

- 4-8 years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, sourcing, or production planning.

- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
