Senior Supply Chain & Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain and Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This role supports the business development team in making data-driven decisions, with a focus on streamlining procurement processes, reducing the supplier base, conducting inventory analysis, and optimizing supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with large procurement data sets, advanced Excel skills, and a background in consulting or strategic roles.

A deep understanding of indirect procurement categories, such as mechanical and pneumatic is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Analytics & Strategy:

- Analyze large procurement datasets (10,000+ SKUs) to generate actionable insights.

- Develop dashboards and reports using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA).

- Propose strategies to streamline procurement operations and reduce supplier base.

- Conduct inventory analysis and recommend improvements in supplier performance and sourcing.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead 10-15 procurement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of insights and proposals.

- Apply category expertise (mechanical, pneumatics, etc.) to develop tailored sourcing strategies.

- Partner with internal teams and clients to present data-driven recommendations and support proposal development.

Requirements:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

- 4-7 years in supply chain analysis, procurement, or data analytics.

- Proven track record of handling large-scale procurement data sets and delivering strategic insights.

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA).
