Senior Supply Chain Analyst - IT Asset Management

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support IT asset management and procurement operations, with a focus on project-based asset requests and renewals. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth supply chain operations, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost efficiency.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the Asset & Renewals team to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain & Procurement Operations:

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including purchase orders, vendor management, and contract administration

- Process and track all IT hardware/software requests and maintain asset registers

- Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) in line with procurement policies

- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

- Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and suppliers

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide updates

- Coordinate with vendors for order fulfillment, issue resolution, and contract management

3. Asset & Inventory Management:

- Oversee lifecycle management of IT hardware and software assets

- Maintain accurate records of asset utilization, licenses, and compliance

- Ensure availability of stock based on project forecasts

- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards

4. Service Delivery & Ticket Management:

- Manage procurement and asset-related tickets via ServiceNow

- Ensure all requests are fulfilled within defined SLAs

- Handle escalations and ensure minimal impact on project delivery

5. Reporting & Analysis:

- Generate reports on spend, vendor performance, cost savings, and asset utilization

- Provide insights to support decision-making and budgeting

- Track and optimize IT contract renewal spend vs. budget

6. Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements across procurement and asset management

- Support automation and efficiency initiatives

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

What Were Looking For:

Experience & Education:

- Bachelors/Master's degree (mandatory)

- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or IT asset management

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of procurement (P2P), requisitions, and PO processes

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM or similar ticketing tools

- Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and telecom assets

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience working with SLAs, reporting, and process optimization

- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis

- Basic understanding of budgeting and financial concepts

- Familiarity with contract management and vendor negotiations

- Experience with tools like Coupa is a plus

- Ability to work in a global environment with cross-functional teams
