Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze cross-business-unit and cross-functional requirements.

- Develop Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and translate them into Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

- Map source application tables and columns across enterprise systems such as EBS, SAP, Kinaxis, and other platforms.

- Define and document business transformation rules and data logic to support integration and reporting initiatives.

- Create and manage JIRA stories, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones in alignment with Agile practices.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases, executing validations, and documenting results.

- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems and reports.

- Act as a techno-functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Inventory and Planning processes with deep expertise in EBS and its integration with other enterprise systems.

- Work closely with Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions in Snowflake and Power BI environments.

- Ensure Agile best practices are followed during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Material Planning: Utilizes advanced planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, BI Dashboards) to optimize parts availability and inventory performance.

- Materials KPI Management: Analyzes KPIs to assess performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvement actions.

- Values Differences: Appreciates and leverages diverse perspectives and cultural differences for better outcomes.

Experience:

- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Data Analysis, or Business Systems.

- Hands-on experience with EBS, SAP, Kinaxis, Snowflake, and Power BI preferred.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional project delivery.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Licenses/Certifications: None required; certification in Six Sigma, APICS, or Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
