Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-impact business cases to drive long-term profitable growth and market leadership.
- Lead country-level solution-based strategy, including market analysis, STP, and executive recommendations.
- Drive strategic programs and transformation initiatives, presenting business scenarios and risk assessments to leadership.
- Establish governance mechanisms, dashboards, and sales processes to ensure effective strategy execution.
- Support business development initiatives and align growth programs with overall corporate strategy.
- Build and mentor a high-performing strategy team with clear KPIs and strong analytical support capabilities
Preferred candidate profile:
- Engineering graduate with MBA from a premier business school.
- 7-13 years of experience in management consulting and corporate strategy roles.
- Proven expertise in growth strategy, market entry strategy, and strategic planning.
- Strong experience in strategy implementation and business transformation.
- Demonstrated track record in profitability improvement and P&L impact.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and scenario planning capabilities.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
