We help businesses across industries enhance their online presence through creative storytelling, data-driven strategies, and impactful campaigns.
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist who can manage both organic and paid social campaigns. While we cater to clients across multiple domains, experience in IT or SaaS will be considered a strong advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in developing, implementing, managing, monitoring and improvising social media strategy and campaign management (agency or brand experience is good to have.
- Ability to define the most important social media KPIs and measuring the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Proven track record in handling paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram), X, Google and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of content planning, performance marketing, audience segmentation and retargeting.
- Ability to build brand positioning, thought leadership and community engagement across social media channels.
- Experience in managing content calendars, influencer collaborations, and cross-platform brand consistency.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking metrics, optimizing campaigns and preparing reports.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Experience with IT or SaaS clients is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and creative ideation skills.
