Role Overview:

- The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding corporate client relationships within the travel sector.


- The role demands a proven track record in handling large-volume corporate accounts, achieving sales targets, and building long-term partnerships to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in the travel industry.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

- Acquire new corporate accounts while strengthening relationships with existing clients.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients.

- Ensure seamless delivery of travel services in collaboration with operations and service teams.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS/reports, and track revenue achievements against targets.

- Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and corporate travel needs.

- Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.

- Strong corporate client network and proven client acquisition ability.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong business acumen and revenue-focused mindset.

- Ability to manage large accounts with high business volumes.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive market.

Education & Qualifications:

- Essential: Graduate in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field.

- Preferred: MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent specialization.

Experience:

Essential: Minimum 8-12 years of corporate sales experience in the travel industry, with exposure to managing large-volume business.
