Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Technical Hiring

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles across engineering, product, and manufacturing functions. This role requires strong expertise in technical hiring, stakeholder management, and talent strategy, with a focus on closing niche and leadership mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding

- Drive lateral and leadership hiring for technical roles across engineering and product teams

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting

- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

- Screen, evaluate, and close candidates ensuring technical and cultural fit

- Lead salary benchmarking, offer rollout, and negotiation

- Track hiring metrics, maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS

- Collaborate with consultants, campuses, and industry networks

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong employer branding

- Stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices

Ideal Candidate:

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Technical Hiring)

- Proven experience in lateral and leadership hiring for engineering roles

- Strong expertise in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing

- Ability to understand and evaluate technical skillsets (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS tools and recruitment platforms

- Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate closing

- High ownership, ability to manage multiple roles under tight timelines

Preferred:

- Experience in product-based or engineering-driven companies (aerospace, manufacturing, automotive, etc.)

- Exposure to campus hiring and employer branding initiatives

- MBA in HR or related field (preferred)

- Location: Bhubaneswar (On-site)
