As part of the core team, you will work directly with the leadership to shape business strategy, market development, and ecosystem partnerships for this high-impact energy venture.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead hiring efforts for our software engineering teams - managing end-to-end recruitment, from early-career engineers to senior technical leaders.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with engineering and functional leaders to define workforce plans and hiring strategies for software engineering roles

- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top product engineering talent.

- Translate hiring needs into clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect company's technical depth and innovation culture.

- Build and manage strong talent pipelines through proactive mapping, networking, and direct sourcing.

- Drive full-cycle recruitment - from outreach and screening to coordination, feedback management, and offer closure.

- Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on employer branding initiatives to strengthen company's visibility in the deep-tech ecosystems.

- Track, measure, and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- 6-10 years of experience in technology recruitment, with a strong focus on software products / platforms.

- Proven ability to hire for diverse engineering profiles - including backend, data engineering, devops etc.

- Deep understanding of the talent landscape across India.

- Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership with engineering leaders.

- Passion for building technical teams that contribute to the clean energy and smart grid revolution.
