Role Overview:

As the Sr. Specialist - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process for JB Poindexter India Pvt. Ltd. based in Bangalore. You will partner closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role directly impacts the company's ability to attract and retain top talent, contributing to overall business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all candidates and hiring managers.

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements and develop detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and responsibilities.

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and skills evaluations, to identify the best fit for each role and the company culture.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to supplement internal sourcing efforts when necessary.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process for efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

- Champion employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the competitive talent market.

Required Skillset:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, primarily IT roles.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Good communication skills and a go getter
