Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage complex, end-to-end recruitment cycles for mid-to-senior level roles.
- The ideal candidate will possess 3-8 years of experience, specializing in strategic sourcing, pipeline development, and leveraging modern HR technology (ATS).
- This role requires a data-driven approach to recruiting, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition while upholding strict compliance standards and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Focus:
End-to-End Talent Acquisition Management:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across various critical departments ( Engineering, Finance, Sales, Operations), ensuring timely fulfillment of high-priority requisitions.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Department Heads and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to conduct thorough intake meetings, translate business needs into technically accurate job descriptions, and define competency models for assessment.
Strategic Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
- Execute targeted, multi-channel sourcing strategies using professional platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter (Advanced search/InMail techniques), Naukri, social media (Twitter/Facebook groups), niche job boards, and employee referral programs.
- Develop and maintain robust, evergreen talent pipelines and candidate pools for recurring, hard-to-fill roles ( specific engineering skill sets, specialized finance functions) to minimize future time-to-fill metrics.
- Utilize Boolean search operators and advanced scraping/research techniques to identify passive candidates effectively.
Assessment and Selection:
- Conduct rigorous, structured screening interviews, applying behavioral and situational assessment techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical competencies, and cultural alignment.
- Manage the efficient coordination of all interview stages, ensuring timely communication of feedback collection from interview panels, and overseeing the final candidate shortlisting process.
- Lead the offer negotiation and closing process, ensuring competitive compensation packages are aligned with internal equity and market benchmarks.
Recruitment Metrics and Technology:
- Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ( Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo) as the single source of truth for all recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity for compliance and reporting.
- Continuously monitor and analyze critical recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill (TTF), Cost-Per-Hire (CPH), Source of Hire (SOH), Offer-to-Acceptance Ratio, and Offer-to-Join Ratio to identify bottlenecks and drive process optimization.
- Prepare and present data-driven recruitment performance dashboards and reports to senior management.
Compliance and Employer Branding:
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws, equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines, and internal policies throughout the hiring process, particularly concerning record-keeping and data privacy.
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and targeted campus engagement programs (when relevant) to promote the organization as an employer of choice and attract diverse talent.
- Support the post-hiring onboarding process and actively seek feedback to continuously improve the end-to-end candidate experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in HR/Recruiting (, SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter).
- Demonstrated expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques (STAR method) and competency-based assessment.
- Proven technical experience configuring, optimizing, or deeply utilizing an advanced Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for reporting and workflow automation.
- Strong familiarity with Indian labor laws and compliance requirements, particularly related to hiring and background checks.
- Experience recruiting specialized technical or niche functional roles ( IT, Finance/Audit, R&D)
