Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for a range of mid to senior-level roles.

This role requires a professional with a strategic approach to sourcing, a deep understanding of

ATS, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will be a key player in defining hiring needs, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with our hiring goals.


Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of mid to senior-level roles across multiple departments.


- Collaborate closely with department heads and HRBPs to define specific hiring needs and develop clear, comprehensive job descriptions.

- Strategically source potential candidates using diverse platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, job boards, and employee referrals, leveraging advanced Boolean search

techniques.

- Conduct initial screening interviews, effectively assess candidate qualifications, and present a curated shortlist for further interviews.

- Coordinate the entire interview process, including scheduling, collecting feedback from

interviewers, and managing offer negotiations.

- Proactively develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for both current openings and future hiring needs.

- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate tracking, reporting, and data management.

- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratio to

identify areas for improvement.

- Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus engagement programs to attract top talent.

- Ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance with labor laws, diversity hiring standards, and internal policies.

- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and improve the overall candidate experience.


Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment.

- Proven skills in Hiring Strategy and candidate sourcing.

- Hands-on experience with Boolean Search and a strong understanding of various sourcing platforms.

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Excellent Stakeholder Management and collaboration skills.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
