
Description:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual targets for TMT bars and steel products.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, fabricators, infrastructure companies, and government departments to generate an enquiry for their project requirements
- Identify new business opportunities in road, metro, bridge, and real estate projects.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, pricing, and order closure.
- Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and service excellence.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to optimize margins and business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, collections, and customer interactions through CRM systems.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, site visits, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure payment collections, credit monitoring, and adherence to company policies
Key Skills & Competencies:
Qualification: Any Graduate / B.E / MBA preferred
Experience: 8-12 years in B2B / Infra / Project Sales of TMT bars, steel, or building materials
- Strong existing network with contractors, builders, and infra project buyers.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales and collection targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Sound understanding of construction industry dynamics and pricing mechanisms.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and local languages (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools
