Sales Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through structured outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Support revenue growth by generating qualified leads and contributing to sales pipeline development.
- Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and assist in negotiations and deal closures.
- Track sales performance, update CRM records, and maintain accurate MIS reports.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Manage planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and brand-building activities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Manage creation of marketing collateral, digital content, proposals, and sales materials.
- Collaborate with senior marketing team members to contribute to strategic marketing plans and execution.
