Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Taboola, Bing, and other CPL-focused platforms
- Manage performance dashboards to track CAC, CVR, CPL, ROAS Structure and execute A/B and multivariate tests (creatives, copy, landing pages, bidding strategies)
- Collaborate with product/design teams for high-conversion ad flows and audience targeting
- Coordinate with CRM and operations teams to ensure funnel consistency from lead to loan sanction
- Monitor budgets, pacing, attribution windows, and cross-channel performance
- Share weekly reports on trends, insights, and optimization actions
- Stay updated on ad platform policies-especially for financial services
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years of performance marketing experience (Google, Meta)
- Managed high scale monthly budgets with strong CAC/ROAS performance
- Proficient in attribution tools (GA4, UTMs, multi-touch models)
- Strong analytical, spreadsheet, and reporting skills
- Prior experience in fintech, edtech, or financial services preferred
- Self-starter with high ownership and data-driven decision-making
Bonus Points:
- Experience in regulated sectors (finance, education loans)
- Exposure to organic growth (Quora, SEO, Reddit)
- Worked with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio)
- Knowledge of CRO, tracking, and landing page testing
- Prior startup experience across strategy and execution
