Senior Specialist - Fundamental Equity Financial Research

In this role, you will be expected to take ownership of stocks under active coverage and build/maintain financial models, track news flows, summarize sell-side research views, cover earnings and other key catalyst events, and perform valuations-related analysis. You will also conduct in-depth benchmarking of valuation and operational metrics (versus peer group), as well as sensitivity and scenario analysis. The role requires close collaboration with front office groups to iterate on financial models and investment research. Additionally, you will attend management/intermediary/sector expert calls and develop industry sector expertise.

In the long term, you will be expected to deliver high quality end-to-end equity research.

The ideal candidate should hold :

Basic qualifications:

- A degree in finance or equivalent (MBA/CFA/CA), and between 3 to 7 years of experience in equity research

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in a sector-agnostic role, analyzing companies across diverse industries and geographies

Preferred qualifications:

- Prior experience covering the North American (NAM) energy sector
