
Description:
- Strategy & Ownership: Develop and own end-to-end email/SMS marketing strategies for multiple e-commerce clients.
- Advanced Automation: Design, build, and optimize complex automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-back) and segmentation models.
- Execution & Deliverability: Execute campaigns, manage deliverability, and ensure compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Data & Optimization: Lead rigorous A/B testing and provide data-driven, actionable insights to clients and internal teams to continuously boost performance metrics (ROI, CLV, open/click rates).
- Client Management: Present performance reports and strategic roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct experience in E-commerce Email Marketing, preferably within an agency.
- Expert proficiency with a major E-commerce ESP like Klaviyo (highly preferred), Brevo and Mailchimp.
- Proven track record of success in driving measurable e-commerce revenue (not just lead generation).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data into a clear strategic direction.
