
Description:
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior data, and conversion funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Identify bottlenecks and barriers to conversion.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve user experience, website performance, and conversion rates.
- Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), forms, and other key elements.
- Conduct A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes.
- Manage and optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure alignment and implementation of optimization efforts.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRO.
- Utilize various CRO tools, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimize, and other A/B testing platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing changes on websites.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, click-through rates (CTR), and cost per conversion.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Monitor and refine the performance of ongoing optimization efforts.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimize.
- Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting A/B and multivariate tests.
- Knowledge of user psychology and behavior, and the ability to apply these principles to optimize website performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to improve conversion rates.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
