Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Campaign Quality Assurance & Operations Specialist to manage the entire digital advertising campaign lifecycle, with a primary focus on quality, compliance, and flawless execution.
This pivotal role requires an individual with a strong background in campaign implementation, monitoring, and strategic development.
The specialist will act as the central communication hub, facilitating collaboration across internal trafficking, account management, and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign launches and sustained performance.
You will be instrumental in driving value for our clients and supporting overall business growth through rigorous QA processes and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Quality Assurance & Compliance (Primary Focus):
- Pre-Launch Validation: Meticulously verify all campaign elements, including tracking URLs, targeting parameters, creative assets, and third-party tags, ensuring strict adherence to client specifications and platform best practices.
- Compliance & Technical Checks: Proactively ensure full compliance with all platform policies, advertiser guidelines, and technical requirements (e., ad specifications, data privacy rules), and swiftly address and resolve any errors or non-compliance issues.
- Creative Testing (CTV): Conduct rigorous testing and validation of creative assets for functionality, load speed, and compliance across various Connected TV (CTV) devices and environments.
- Campaign Management: Accurately traffic and QA various campaign types, including CPM and CPCV campaigns, guaranteeing precision in setup and delivery pacing.
- Boolean Logic Application: Apply advanced knowledge of Boolean logic (AND, OR statements) to ensure precise targeting segmentation and effective campaign optimization strategies.
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
- Live Campaign Performance: Continuously monitor live campaigns to ensure accuracy in pacing, tracking, and delivery metrics, promptly diagnosing and resolving any discrepancies or delivery issues.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed QA reports and post-mortem analyses. Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to optimize future workflows and improve overall campaign accuracy.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
- Process Optimization: Collaborate closely with trafficking, account management, and creative teams to define, document, and streamline QA and trafficking processes, ensuring efficient and seamless cross-functional execution.
- Client Relationship Support: Provide operational expertise and data-driven updates to account teams, supporting robust client relationships and successful campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
Attribute Detail:
- Experience 8+ years of progressive experience in digital advertising operations, ad trafficking, campaign management, or dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) roles.
- Education Master's Degree (preferably in a related field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a technical discipline).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep Expertise in Ad Tech: Extensive hands-on experience with major DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), Ad Servers (e., Campaign Manager 360), and verification vendors.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced understanding of digital tracking methodologies, including pixel implementation, click trackers, impression tags, and the nuances of various creative assets (HTML5, VAST/VMAP for video/CTV).
- Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to apply advanced logical operators, particularly Boolean logic, for sophisticated targeting, segmentation, and data analysis.
- Detail-Oriented & Methodical: Exceptional attention to detail with a highly methodical approach to auditing and validation.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to act as a clear, concise central communication hub across highly specialized internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying and resolving complex technical and delivery issues under tight deadlines
