Job Description:

The Senior Sourcer (India) takes full ownership of daily hiring operationsrolling up their sleeves to source, engage, and close top talent while guiding junior team members and partnering closely with business leaders. This role blends hands-on recruiting with strategic leadership, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates and a smooth, high-impact hiring experience across India and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Full-Cycle Recruitment (Hands-On Hiring):

- Personally run end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, debriefing, negotiating, and coordinating onboarding.

- Actively hunt for talent using job boards, social media, Boolean strings, professional groups, internal referrals, and direct outreach.

- Build and maintain warm pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and future rolesespecially in fast-moving tech and corporate functions.

- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and make clear hiring recommendations.

- Own the quality of candidates introduced to hiring managers with a focus on speed, accuracy, and fit.

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership:

- Work directly with hiring managers to shape job descriptions, define must-haves, and create targeted sourcing plans.

- Run regular check-ins, calibration calls, and pipeline reviews to keep hiring on track.

- Share talent market insights, competition benchmarks, and time-to-fill expectations using real data.

- Ensure stakeholders provide timely feedback and maintain a high-touch communication loop.

Team Leadership & Mentorship (Hands-On Guidance):

- Lead and coach junior recruiters/sourcersreviewing their sourcing strategies, screening quality, and outreach messaging.

- Provide on-the-job training, sharing best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder handling.

- Allocate tasks across the team and coordinate execution during high-volume or urgent hiring phases.

Process Optimization & Reporting (Operational Excellence):

- Actively spot bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement improvements to reduce TAT.

- Own ATS data hygieneensuring clean dashboards, accurate records, and reporting integrity.

- Track and present recruitment KPIs including quality of hire, offer-to-join ratios, pipeline strength, and sourcing performance.

- Ensure alignment with diversity goals, compliance requirements, and labor regulations.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience (Hands-On Engagement):

- Lead branding activities on social platforms, job boards, employee advocacy initiatives, and hiring campaigns.

- Deliver a consistent, white-glove candidate journeyfrom first touchpoint to onboarding handoff.

- Represent the company at career fairs, campus drives, industry meetups, and other hiring events.

Required:

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5 to 10+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in India within fast-paced or multinational organizations.

- Proven success driving full-cycle hiring across technology, corporate, or high-volume roles.

- Strong command of sourcing tools and strategies (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean search, social platforms).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.

Preferred:

- Experience leading or coaching a small recruitment team.

- Exposure to hiring across multiple Indian locations.

- Experience collaborating with global TA teams or supporting international hiring
