Senior Solution Specialist (API Integrations | SaaS Platform)

We're looking for a Senior Solution Specialist to lead client implementations for our high-impact SaaS and API-based platform. This is a client-facing technical role designed for professionals who can bridge engineering depth with solution delivery, ensuring seamless integrations, high performance, and strong client success across large enterprise environments.

Role Highlights

- Lead end-to-end client onboarding, including platform setup, API integration, and data flows.

- Design scalable integration architectures using REST/GraphQL APIs, SDKs, and webhooks.

- Write scripts, reference implementations, and sample code to drive faster adoption.

- Debug complex issues using Postman, cURL, and monitoring tools; resolve client escalations.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery.

- Advise clients on best practices around authentication, security, and scalability.

Ideal Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in SaaS Implementation / Solution Engineering / Integration Consulting.

- Hands-on background in software development or testing (2+ years).

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and Webhooks.

- Good understanding of databases and query handling.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and client-handling skills.

- Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and integration middleware (Mulesoft, Workato, etc.) preferred.

- Awareness of enterprise-grade security protocols like SSO, SAML, SCIM, and RBAC is a plus.
