About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with deep expertise in insurance domain solutioning, pre-sales leadership, and large deal architecture.

The role involves working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and sales teams to design transformative, AI-driven, scalable solutions for large insurance outsourcing and digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Client-Focused Solutioning

- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, challenges, and transformation objectives.

- Develop differentiated, end-to-end solutions across:

- Underwriting

- Claims

- Policy administration

- Finance

- Compliance

- Design future-ready digital architectures leveraging:

- AI/ML

- Generative AI copilots

- RPA and intelligent automation

- Advanced analytics

- Create solution blueprints, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps.

Pre-Sales & Commercial Leadership:

- Collaborate with business development to build competitive proposals and winning strategies.

- Develop pricing models, commercial structures, SLA frameworks, cost optimization models, volume-based discounts, and rebadging strategies.

- Articulate business cases balancing scalability, cost efficiency, operational readiness, and innovation.

- Present solution narratives confidently to customers, leadership, and evaluation boards.

Large Deal Architecture:

- Lead solutioning for large multi-year managed services engagements (100+ FTEs).

- Define robust governance, service delivery models, transition approaches, and process KPIs.

- Provide thought leadership on risk management, regulatory considerations, and contractual structures for global engagements.

- Drive solution assurance reviews, compliance checks, and commercial risk assessments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with SMEs, practice leaders, and delivery organizations to validate:

- Effort estimates

- Resourcing requirements

- Service delivery feasibility

- Transition and operational timelines

- Contribute to the creation of reusable:

- Frameworks

- Accelerators

- Templates

- Industry playbooks to increase solutioning speed and consistency across future pursuits.

Market & Thought Leadership

- Stay current with global insurance industry trends, insurtech ecosystems, digital transformation patterns, and emerging technologies.

- Represent the organization in:

- Client meetings

- RFP defenses

- Workshops

- Industry events, webinars, and professional forums

Qualifications & Skills;

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.

- 15+ years of professional experience in insurance solutioning, large deal design, delivery planning, and pre-sales support.

- Strong understanding of insurance operations and processes.

- Proven experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation.

- Demonstrated ability to design commercial models, SLAs, and multi-year outsourcing solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and executive-level influencing capabilities.

Preferred Attributes:

- Hands-on experience in legacy modernization and cloud-enabled architectures.

- Exposure to global delivery models and onsite-offshore operating frameworks.

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, lead solution teams, and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
