About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist Senior II to lead end-to-end social media strategy, execution, and performance optimization across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media for IT or SaaS clients, driving measurable results, and scaling brand presence through strategic content and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor performance using defined Social Media KPIs; analyze metrics and present actionable insights.
- Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hoot suite, Sprout Social, etc., for scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Continuously track social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to enhance strategy.
- Manage client communication, especially for IT/SaaS accounts, ensuring timely updates and performance improvements.
- Identify areas of optimization and implement improvements in real time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in social media strategy and management.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns on Meta.
- Expertise in platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hoot suite, Sprout Social.
- Prior experience working with IT or SaaS clients is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
