Role : ServiceNow Solution Architect Senior

Location : Singapore - 5 Days Work from Office

Contract Duration : 4 Months

Experience : 15+ Years

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong ServiceNow implementation experience.

- Prior ServiceNow migration project experience is highly preferred.

- Experience in designing ServiceNow architecture for enterprise-level projects.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or related modules.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, Flow Designer, APIs, and automation.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform governance and best practices.

- Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or equivalent experience preferred
